Aptitude Consulting, a division of Aptitude (Pty) Ltd was established by Ravin Sanjith who, after 22 years in diverse industries in various senior and executive leadership roles spanning multiple disciplines holds the conviction that the most significant impediment to organizations realizing their full potential is their inability to focus their energies and resources.

MANAGEMENT

Ravin holds a degree in Engineering (B. Sc. Eng – Electrical) from the University of Natal, as well as a B. Comm from UNISA and an MBA from Wits business School. He has held various positions in the South African Banking, Technology, Automotive, Utilities and Consulting sectors.

Ravin has extensive experience in Business Analysis, BPR, Project Management, and Business Development; he is also an accomplished General Manager with strong Executive Leadership proficiency; and is highly respected for his people management skills and competency.
